I've seen these graduating color value quilts online a ton and I've wanted to try my hand at them. I knew what Paul would say. "I couldn't do that with a gun to my head." And he's right. I barely did it. It was more difficult than I thought, but a great stash buster. I did 8.5" strips. It might just drive me a little crazy, because the more I look at it in different rooms, and in this picture for example, I would like to switch a few around. But that's not life and so I will just enjoy what I did and move on.

I love this quilt it is beautiful. I would love to see it in person. The brown is a great color choice, really makes the colors stand out.
